Jeannette Hait (owner)
Audioprosthologist, Hearing Aid Specialist

Jeannette has been in the hearing aid profession since 1989 and is the co-founder of Hearing Aid HealthCare. She is a Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser, a Certified Audioprosthologist, a Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist and is Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences.

She has been a Proctor for the Department of Consumer Affairs licensing board since 1997 and is a member of Hearing HealthCare Providers of California and has been a past board member as well. She is also a member of the International Hearing Society.

Jeannette has lived in the Coachella Valley since 1997 and currently lives in La Quinta with her husband and two dogs (children).

Jonna Hull

Bachelor of Science with a major in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology, Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser, Certified Audioprosthologist

Special Interests:
Jonna chose to be in the hearing instrument profession after graduating from Loma Linda University. She takes great pride in helping people hear again and is dedicated to providing individual care ensuring the best hearing health care possible. The technologically advanced instruments she is fitting today are amazing. Jonna is able to accurately program the hearing aids to provide the quality and clarity necessary to hear better.

Personal Information:
Jonna is a dedicated wife and mother to her 2 young daughters. She enjoys relaxing with her family while they spend time in the great outdoors boating and building memories with her family. Jonna has a wonderful way of making everyone feel special and is always smiling.

Brook D. McQuown

Special Interests:
Brook has been in the hearing aid health care field since 1995 and is an active supporter of the Starkey Hearing Foundation. He has had the pleasure of fitting hundreds of children with hearing aids in several countries over many years now. His training and years of experience allows him to modify and repair hearing aids to provide optimum customer service, in many cases while they wait. The advancements in digital technology have never been as exciting as it is today.

Personal Information:
Brook has two active daughters that love to keep him busy with all their activities in sports and dance recitals. He presently lives in Palm Desert with his family along with their dog and over 15 desert tortoises. Brook is also an avid runner in his spare time.

Debbie Watkins

Debbie joined Hearing Aid HealthCare in November of 2006. She has been a great addition to our growing staff. She lives in Bermuda Dunes with her son and fiance. Debbie is also an active member of the National Fragile X Foundation. She is a dedicated runner and has participated in organized marathons as well.

 

Beatriz Terry

Beatriz is a Southern California native and has been a resident of our Coachella Valley since 1997. She lives in Cathedral City with her husband and three dogs. Spending time with family and friends is her number one passion. She also loves to spend time outdoors and enjoys motorsport activities. Her professional background comes from over 13 years in business management and customer service and truly enjoys meeting new people and making others smile!

Lab Technicians
Jason Parry
Senior Technician

Jason has been our Lab Manager since 2002. He is trained in hearing aid manufacturing and repair. He has been specially trained to build, repair and service all makes and model hearing instruments on-site. He lives in Desert Hot Springs with his wife and enjoys boating, camping and off-roading in his spare time. He is always able to make you smile!

 

Jaime Castaneda

Jaime joined Hearing Aid HealthCare in December of 2007. He is trained in hearing aid manufacturing and repair. He has been specially trained to build, repair and service all makes and model hearing instruments on-site and helps with the computers when needed. He has been a great addition to our staff. Jaime lives in Cathedral City with his wife and young son.

The precision and flexibility of advanced digital technology, allows Greg to more accurately tailor the appropriate prescription for the best possible match to the patients listening and lifestyle needs. He enjoys working with each individual patient to provide the best hearing aid care available creating a lasting relationship. Due to the complexities with individual hearing loss, his professional and personal approach is needed to insure the best hearing aid performance.

Personal Information:
Greg is a family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and very active daughter who keeps them on their toes. Greg has been an avid bowler for many years. He also enjoys routinely spending vacations in the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico with his family.

Anabel AriasAnabelArias

Anabel recently joined Hearing Aid HealthCare and is currently the Office
Manager in our Palm Springs location. She has been working in the hearing aid industry since 2007 and we are thrilled she has joined our ‘family’. Anabel was born and raised in the Coachella Valley and graduated from Cathedral High School. She also helps as a caregiver which is a perfect match for her sweet personality. She currently lives in Palm Springs with her boyfriend and cat.

Pamela believes strongly in the care of each person and matching their needs with the highest level of technology possible. The technological advancements in the hearing aid industry are very exciting. The most advanced digital instruments include built-in feedback eliminators, improvements in speech intelligibility which adapt to changing environments, and wireless connectivity to your television to name just a few of the sophisticated benefits now available.

Personal Information:
Pamela is always striving to improve her knowledge of how people communicate and is currently advancing her education with studies in Communication Disorders and Deaf Studies. Pamela has lived in Yucca Valley since 1998, moving from Orange County where she was born and raised. She has been happily married to her husband, Rick, since 1988 and they have three human sons and two doggie daughters. She is very involved with the Yucca Valley High School football program and has been both President and Secretary of the Booster Club. Most important of all (at least to her family) she makes award-winning banana chocolate chip muffins, as well as award-winning jams, jellies, preserves, and pickles.

Shari Lee

Shari has been the office manager since November of 2009. She has an extensive background in customer service, and takes special care to make sure that everyone who visits the office feels welcome and appreciated. Shari has lived in Yucca Valley most of her life and enjoys the fact that all of her immediate family, and many of her relatives, also live in town. She lives in the Sky Harbor area with her two cats, Lola and Jellybean.

Denise has been with Hearing Aid HealthCare since the inception of our Indio office back in March of 2004. She has been an exceptional contribution to our staff and always has a kind word and smile for everyone. Her background is in office management in the medical field. Denise and her husband, who is a patient, lives in LaQuinta. Denise is also an active member of her church.

Jason is dedicated throughout the process of testing, fitting, counseling and on-going service enhancing the overall quality of life to each individual patient. The aural rehabilitation differs from patient to patient and is of the utmost importance when using amplification for the very first time. My goal is to provide our patients with the best hearing health care possible. He utilizes state-of-the-art techniques optimizing speech audibility and comfort at the same time.

Kevin Yost

Kevin has been with Hearing Aid HealthCare since July of 2006. His professional background is in computers and has been a great asset to our staff as the need rises for computerized technology and support. We all lean on him for the never ending computer support. Kevin has lived in the Coachella Valley since 1998 and presently lives in Bermuda Dunes.
