Jeannette Hait (owner) Audioprosthologist, Hearing Aid Specialist

Jeannette has been in the hearing aid profession since 1989 and is the co-founder of Hearing Aid HealthCare. She is a Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser, a Certified Audioprosthologist, a Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist and is Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences. She has been a Proctor for the Department of Consumer Affairs licensing board since 1997 and is a member of Hearing HealthCare Providers of California and has been a past board member as well. She is also a member of the International Hearing Society. Jeannette has lived in the Coachella Valley since 1997 and currently lives in La Quinta with her husband and two dogs (children).

Jonna Hull
Audioprosthologist, Hearing Aid Specialist

Bachelor of Science with a major in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology, Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser, Certified Audioprosthologist

Certified by American Conference of Audioprosthology, Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist, licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences

Special Interests:
Jonna chose to be in the hearing instrument profession after graduating from Loma Linda University. She takes great pride in helping people hear again and is dedicated to providing individual care ensuring the best hearing health care possible. The technologically advanced instruments she is fitting today are amazing. Jonna is able to accurately program the hearing aids to provide the quality and clarity necessary to hear better.

Personal Information:
Jonna is a dedicated wife and mother to her 2 young daughters. She enjoys relaxing with her family while they spend time in the great outdoors boating and building memories with her family. Jonna has a wonderful way of making everyone feel special and is always smiling.

Brook D. McQuown
Audioprosthologist, Hearing Instrument Specialist

Special Interests:
Brook has been in the hearing aid health care field since 1995 and is an active supporter of the Starkey Hearing Foundation. He has had the pleasure of fitting hundreds of children with hearing aids in several countries over many years now. His training and years of experience allows him to modify and repair hearing aids to provide optimum customer service, in many cases while they wait. The advancements in digital technology have never been as exciting as it is today.

Personal Information:
Brook has two active daughters that love to keep him busy with all their activities in sports and dance recitals. He presently lives in Palm Desert with his family along with their dog and over 15 desert tortoises. Brook is also an avid runner in his spare time.

Debbie Watkins

Debbie joined Hearing Aid HealthCare in November of 2006. She has been a great addition to our growing staff. She lives in Bermuda Dunes with her son and fiance. Debbie is also an active member of the National Fragile X Foundation. She is a dedicated runner and has participated in organized marathons as well.

Beatriz Terry

Beatriz is a Southern California native and has been a resident of our Coachella Valley since 1997. She lives in Cathedral City with her husband and three dogs. Spending time with family and friends is her number of passion. She also loves to spend time outdoors and enjoys motorsport activities. Her professional background comes from over 13 years in business management and customer service and truly enjoys meeting new people and making others smile!

Lab Technicians

Jason Parry Senior Technician

Jason has been our Lab Manager since 2002. He is trained in hearing aid manufacturing and repair. He has been specially trained to build, repair and service all makes and model hearing instruments on-site. He lives in Desert Hot Springs with his wife and enjoys boating, camping and off-roading in his spare time. He is always able to make you smile!

Jaime Castaneda

Jaime joined Hearing Aid HealthCare in December of 2007. He is trained in hearing aid manufacturing and repair. He has been specially trained to build, repair and service all makes and model hearing instruments on-site and helps with the computers when needed. He has been a great addition to our staff. Jaime lives in Cathedral City with his wife and young son.
