Howard L. Hait
Audioprosthologist, Hearing Aid Specialist

Howard has been in the hearing aid profession since 1962. He started in Lexington, Kentucky and relocated to California in 1973. He is a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser, a Certified Audioprosthologist, Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist and is Nationally Hearing Aid Specialist. Mr. Hait has held many offices including 6 years as President of Hearing HealthCare Providers of California and currently on the Board for National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences. He is married, has two grown boys and lives in La Quinta.


Jeannette Hait
Audioprosthologist, Hearing Aid Specialist

Jeannette is a Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser, a Certified Audioprosthologist, a Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist and is Nationally Hearing Aid Specialist. She has been a Proctor for the Department of Consumer Affairs licensing committee for the past 7 years and is a member of Hearing HealthCare Providers of California and has been a past board member. She is also a member of the International Hearing Society. She has been in the hearing aid profession since 1989, is married and lives in La Quinta.


Jason Brandt

Special Interests:
I am dedicated throughout the process of testing, fitting, counseling and on going service enhancing the overall quality of life to each individual patient. The aural rehabilitation differs from patient to patient and is of the utmost importance when using amplification for the very first time.

Additional Information:
Helping people hear better for 13+ years. My training and years of experience allows me to modify and repair hearing aids to provide optimum customer service to my patients, in many cases while they wait. The advancements in digital technology have never been as exciting as it is today.

Jason Parry
Senior Technician

Jason has been our Lab Manager since 2002. He is trained in hearing aid manufacturing and repair. He has been specially trained to build, repair and service all makes and model hearing instruments on-site. He lives in Desert Hot Springs with his wife.


Jaime Castaneda

Jaime joined Hearing Aid HealthCare in December of 2007. He is trained in hearing aid manufacturing and repair. He has been specially trained to build, repair and service all makes and model hearing instruments on-site and helps with the computers when needed, he lives in Cathedral City.


Office Manager
Debbie Summers

Debbie joined Hearing Aid HealthCare in November of 2006. She has been a great addition to our growing staff, she lives in Bermuda Dunes with her son. Debbie is also an active member of the National Fragile X Foundation.

Kevin Yost

Kevin has been with Hearing Aid Healthcare since July, 2006. He was hired as our Relief Manager and to expand the business in the rising need of computer technology. His background is in computers and has been a great asset to our staff. He presently lives in Bermuda Dunes.

Dawn has been a wonderful addition to our staff and always greets you on the phone or in person with a smile. She is a long time resident of the Coachella Valley. She resides in Bermuda Dunes with her husband and granddaughter.

Shari Lee

Shari has been the office manager since November of 2009. She has an extensive background in customer service, and takes special care to make sure that everyone who visits the office feels welcome and appreciated. Shari has lived in Yucca Valley most of her life and enjoys the fact that all of her immediate family, and many of her relatives, also live in town. She lives in the Sky Harbor area with her two cats, Lola and Jellybean.

Denise and her husband, who is a patient, lives in LaQuinta. Denise is also an active member of her church.

Carol Hines

Carol started with Hearing Aid HealthCare shortly after it's inception in 1997. After 8 years in the Palm Desert office, Carol was given the task of opening and managing the new Sun City Palm Desert location. Carol as many of our patients know is dedicated and always is happy to help you. Carol lives in Palm Desert with her favorite family member Brandon, her toy poodle.
