Jeannette Hait
Owner, Audioprosthologist, Hearing Aid Specialist
Jeannette has been in the hearing aid profession since 1989 and is the co-founder of Hearing Aid HealthCare. She is a Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser, a Certified Audioprosthologist, a Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist and is Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences. She has been a Proctor for the Department of Consumer Affairs licensing board since 1997 and is a member of Hearing HealthCare Providers of California and has been a past board member as well. She is also a member of the International Hearing Society.

Jeannette is a dedicated supporter of the Starkey Hearing Foundation and has traveled with the foundation to many 3rd world countries to fit hearing aids for those in need. She is also a mentor for local caregivers through Eisenhower’s Memory Care Center in Palm Desert, providing support with loved one’s suffering from Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease.
Jeannette has lived in the Coachella Valley over 21 years and currently resides in La Quinta with her four dogs along with her father, sister, and two teenage nieces. Jeannette enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is an active member of Southwest Church, and enjoys helping to make a difference in our local community.

Debbie Watkins
Hearing Aid Dispenser
Debbie joined Hearing Aid HealthCare in 2006. She is a caring professional who loves helping people with their hearing needs. As a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser, Debbie takes the time to listen to her patients and appreciates the opportunities she has to help others.
Debbie lives in Indio with her son and husband and is an active member of the National Fragile X Foundation. Debbie is an avid runner and has participated in many organized marathons.

Jason Brandt
Audioprosthologist
AA Degree in Economics, Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser, Certified Audioprosthologist.
Certified by American Conference of Audioprosthology, Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist, licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences
Jason is dedicated throughout the process of testing, fitting, counseling and on-going service enhancing the overall quality of life to each individual patient. The aural rehabilitation differs from patient to patient and is of the utmost importance when using amplification for the very first time. His goal is to provide our patients with the best hearing health care possible. He utilizes state-of-the-art techniques optimizing speech audibility and comfort at the same time.

Jason is an avid golfer in his spare time. He is married and has 2 young children and presently lives in Indio with his family along with two boxer dogs.

Genny Little
Patient Care Coordinator
Genny joined the team at Hearing Aid HealthCare in 2016 and instantly fell in love with her job and especially the patients. Her background is in Administration, Ministry and Customer Service and she loves to help make the patients feel heard and cared for. She is a true “Desert Rat” and was born and raised in the Coachella Valley and is now raising her three boys with her high school sweetheart in their hometown. Most of her spare time is spent building memories with her boys and serving alongside her Husband who is a Kids Pastor at a local church.

LaNell Richard
Patient Care Coordinator
LaNell joined Hearing Aid HealthCare in 2016. With years of administrative office and accounting experience, LaNell is a valuable part of the team. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She and her husband are empty nesters who spend time volunteering at their church and other organizations around the Coachella Valley. Jesus Christ is the first priority in LaNell’s life and she loves serving Him through serving others. She also enjoys camping with her husband, spending time with their grown sons, and enjoying the outdoors with their golden retriever.
