Debbie Watkins

Owner, Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser, Nationally Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences, International Hearing Society Member

Debbie joined Hearing Aid HealthCare in 2006. She is a caring professional who loves helping people with their hearing needs.

As a Hearing Aid Specialist, Debbie takes the time to listen to her clients and appreciates the opportunities she has to help others.

Debbie lives in Indio with her son and husband and is an active member of the National Fragile X Foundation. Debbie is an avid runner and has participated in many organized marathons.

Genny Little

Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser

Genny joined the team at Hearing Aid HealthCare in 2016 and instantly fell in love with her job and especially the clients.

Her background is in Administration, Ministry and Customer Service and she loves to help make the clients feel heard and cared for. She is a true “Desert Rat” and was born and raised in the Coachella Valley and is now raising her three boys in her hometown. Most of her spare time is spent building memories with her boys and serving in Kids Ministry at her church.

Lauren Purdy

Patient Care Coordinator

Lauren joins the team at Hearing Aid HealthCare with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality from the University of San Francisco and over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality, real estate, and client services.

She brings a warm, professional presence and a strong focus on creating a welcoming, efficient, and patient-centered environment. Her attention to detail and passion for service ensures the office runs seamlessly — from scheduling and patient communication to supporting the team behind the scenes. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys community involvement and raising two young children with her husband.

LaNell Richard

Business Manager

LaNell joined Hearing Aid HealthCare in 2016. With years of administrative office and accounting experience, LaNell is a valuable part of the team.

She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She and her husband are empty nesters who spend time volunteering at their church and other organizations around the Coachella Valley. Jesus Christ is the first priority in LaNell’s life and she loves serving Him through serving others. She also enjoys camping with her husband, spending time with their grown sons, and enjoying the outdoors with their golden retriever.
